Rougne Story Studio is my workbench for story. Over twenty years in animation, film, games, illustration and comics, one thing has held every time: a story that works is engineered before it's written. The emotional effect people remember comes from architecture underneath it.

I help teams find that architecture, whether it's a world that needs a spine, a script that won't hold together, or an idea that needs to become a story someone can build on. Alongside client work, I write and develop original stories of my own, which you can read below.
